HORRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHO IS CONFIRMING APPOINTMENTS AND WHO ISNT. I COME IN FOR MY APPOINTMENT AND I MADE SURE TO CONFIRM ON CALL BEFOREHAND AND I GO IN AND THEY HAVE NO ONE WORKING AND THE CONFUSION LED TO 30 minutes being wasted I CANCELLED AND LEFT NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT EITHER

Horrible service can’t get anyone on the phone and when I do no one speak English they messed up my appointment for nails only can do one person at a time even though it was confirmed to me that they could do two people just overall terrible!!!! Cancelled a hair appointment with no call I only found out when I showed up there now I’m stuckwith Groupon who doesn’t want to give me a refund

My wife scheduled an appointment at this salon a week and a half in advance for both of us to get our nails and eyebrows done. This wasn’t a walk-in—we made sure to plan ahead because we had a wedding to attend the next day and took time off work specifically for this. When we arrived at our scheduled time, there was only one technician working. She was still finishing someone’s pedicure and hadn’t even started their manicure yet. There was absolutely no preparation for our appointment, no sense of urgency, and no backup staff to help. We explained that we were leaving because we had clearly booked for two people, and this was not what we scheduled. The response? Nothing. No apology, no accountability, no attempt to make it right or reschedule. Just indifference. This was our first time

I made my appointment for the week I was on vacation for mom about two weeks in advance. My appointment was for the afternoon so, I called in the morning to confirm because I thought it was strange I didn't get a confirmation text at least the day before as I have received from other places. The lady that answered the phone told me the hairdresser was on vacation and that they never wrote down my appointment. My mother was looking forward to this day. It was very careless of Beautifly Salon and it was very disappointing. I will never schedule an appointment with them.
