I went to get a set of classic lash extensions done on Wednesday for Christmas. The actual appointment went good, and customer service was great, but by the time I got home, (a hour away from the lash techs house) my lashes had already started falling out. I just assumed it was my older lashes shedding, and didn’t think more of it until the next day (Thursday) when I got up and washed my face, a clump came out into the sink. By Saturday, most of my lashes had come out. I messaged the technician a video and pictures, and explained what happened, to see if she would offer any kind of refund, partial or full, and she explained that she couldn’t give me one, but that I could come back to get them done again.
