One of my friends brought me here months ago and I’ve enjoyed the experiences. I’ve learned who I like to complete my nails as I’ve tried several people out. Lauren and Tommy and one other guy in the front. Not sure of his name but he’s in the far right front table. Does a wonderful job on nails. Only had issues with 1 person who hurt me pretty bad and didn’t complete my nails correctly. I’ve had zero complaints with the three I listed above. Those are who I recommend when getting your nails done there. As for pedicures, once again, Tommy and Lauren are good. Lele (I believe that’s his name) is great and so is another lady I just recently had complete my pedicure. Ah, wish I could remember her name. It was something short spelling as well.. This was hands down the worst and most painful manicure I have ever had. My nail tech (an older gentleman in seat 3) drilled and filed so aggressively that three of my fingers bled during the appointment. Instead of stopping or addressing it, he wiped the blood away with his finger—mixing nail dust into an open wound. Beyond painful, this is disgustingly unsanitary and dangerous. As if that wasn’t enough, after cutting my cuticles open with the drill multiple times, he then pushed my cuticles back by hand—without a tool, without cuticle oil, and directly on already damaged skin. I’ve been getting my nails done for 15+ years and have never experienced anything so careless and unprofessional. Worst experience of my life today. I asked for a gel manicure and for my nails to be cut short. All my nails are different lengths. The guy doing my nails was too busy watching Deal or No Deal and cut my cuticle severely that we couldn't stop the bleeding. Every time I try to get my nails done it doesn't work out for me. I'm disabled and rely on these services because I can't do them myself. Thought it was going to be relaxing but definitely wasn't.

I had the best experience here! My nails turned out absolutely stunning and exactly what i was wanting! One of the most beautiful set I've had and perfect for the holidays. They were so talented and took wonderful care of me! I will definitely be coming back!!

My technician was Tommy. First time here. Just moved to the area recently. Will definitely be back. Update: I went back today to get my toenails recolored and painted after 3 weeks. There were a few flaws, but I liked the final product. I was disappointed with my toes. Rushed, sloppy. Stay consistent, stay clean, and stay professional no matter what.
