Bear River Massage & Yoga

After eight days of my body being deep in recovery from the flu, I finally listened to its whispers and treated myself to some much-needed care at Bear River Spa. I couldn’t have chosen a better place. I experienced the bentonite clay treatment for the first time, along with 30 minutes in the salt room sauna, and it was exactly what the inner doctor ordered. Deeply grounding, soothing, and restorative — true self-love in action 💕 As always, the receptionist was kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful, setting the tone the moment I walked in. Wanda provided my treatment today, and what a delight she is. Her warm, welcoming smile immediately put me at ease. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, especially since the clay treatment was new to me, and made the entire experience fee

One of the best massages I have ever had!!!!!!! Christina provided EXCELLENT pressure and even better techniques!!! She always makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. She is a true expert in her craft! I highly recommend a session here. Linda, the owner, runs an absolutely clean, professional establishment with an amazing and friendly staff. I've been going here for years, and I will continue to do so for years to come! I am a very happy customer. :-)

What a pleasant, inviting experience! Check-in and confirmation of details, i.e. type of massage requested, are easily confirmed. There is adequate and confortable seating available for the few minutes between check-in and being escorted, by your masseuse, ti the private, cozy, comfortable massage room. My masseuse asked whether I had any specific areas of concentration, then retired ti allow me time to undress and lay under the covers on the table. The massage was effective and well-performed, relaxing and stretching muscles and ligaments as necessary. All in all an excellent experience, and one I recommend without hesitation.

Jesse was amazing. I have already booked my next appointment with her in 2 weeks. She was very professional, responded to questions and a quiet spirit. Loved it.
