Sadie took the time to educate and explain specials to me during their busiest time with free tanning weekend happening. I so appreciated her above and beyond demeanor and the no pressure environment. I’ll definitely be back because of how customer centric and clean they are. Absolutely adore this place.

First and foremost, Sadie, who ended up helping me, is an absolute gem 💎. She was kind, professional, and handled everything with ease, even under pressure. She took care of me when the other associate wouldn’t. Initially, I was helped by a different girl at check-in. She was polite, but it was clear from her reaction that she didn’t see a potential sale from the bottle I brought in and she made little effort to assist further. When I came out of the cocoon I was already in-line for a bed, she noticed me but chose to continue talking to other customers. It seemed like she was more focused on making a sale. I felt uneasy, stepped back in the line at the front door and waited patiently again, just to be checked in for a bed I was already waiting for. Literally in the queue. Because of this
