Alexandra is the absolute BEST esthetician! When I first started seeing her in March, my skin was very inflamed and irritated. I needed guidance on the right products for my skin, and she recommended exactly what I needed. After a year of seeing her, I am SO happy with my skin! All the issues I was dealing with are gone, and my skin is absolutely glowing. From the very beginning, she truly listened to my concerns and created a personalized plan to get my skin healthy again. She is so sweet, knowledgeable, and I genuinely look forward to every appointment. The salon itself is incredibly cozy and relaxing, you feel at ease the moment you walk in. Great couples Spa day today, services excellent and all staff very polite and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Would have been 5 stars, but for a slight annoyance over the price. When I booked I was informed the price would be $635+ gratuities, yet when I came to pay it was $681+ gratuities. I'm sure this is perhaps because of a price increase in January. I'd still have booked at $681, but if you agree a price when booking that's the price you should pay. Didn't want to argue at the cash desk, but it's more a point of principle. Other constructive suggestions for improvement. When you're there all morning, would have been nice to have been offered a small snack in between treatments. This was my second time celebrating my birthday here—the first was right after the pandemic, and I didn’t remember much, so I decided to give it another try. I’m so glad I did! I had the signature facial with Fiona, and it was heaven on earth. She listened carefully to my needs and exceeded all my expectations. First and foremost: this spa is beautiful! Everyone is so warm and inviting. My aunt generously gifted me a deep tissue massage. My therapist was Kareese and she was absolutely phenomenal! Without requiring any direction she immediately found any/all tense spots and worked her magic. Highly recommended!
