The customer service here is amazing and the store is super clean! Great instructions for after care and how to properly use the sun and spray tanning machines. Tina was amazing- she fixed my account and signed me up for the new promotion seamlessly - it includes a free sun or spray tan! The whole thing took a few seconds. Definitely suggest this location!

I have been coming to this location of beach bum on RT 17 for the past 2 1/2 years and have had only positive experiences. I took advantage of their unlimited yearly membership, which has worked out perfectly, and I always get good deals on the lotion The entire staff is amazing

Extremely disorganized. You will have to wait. Not first come first serve. If you have a slow rep beware your room might be taken away despite being there first.

I called the salon tonite and spoke with one of the nicest girls that work for you, her name is Christine . She actually got me in the car to come back and do another tanning session. I actually asked her if she was the manager . She was very helpful, great personality and she tried to sell me everything in the salon. Great sales rep!!! . She was friendly on the phone as soon as I called and all the way around a great employee!! Thank you Christine!!!

I have been using this location on RT 17 for few years now. This location is so convenient to me and honestly what matter to me the most is the friendly Staff. I chose today to write a review because I was so impressed with the professionalism of Christine. She was handling being alone on a Saturday night, greeting everyone and helping all customers in order while maintaining very friendly attitude and a big smile on her face. Honestly Beach bum are lucky to have employees like her :)
