Would not recommend if you want to work with a company that's flexible, cares about customer happiness and is willing to give customer support. They require you to come in to cancel and sign a contract otherwise you "can't" cancel. They also are unable to give you a customer support email to escalate any contract or billing issues. I would recommend to just get a planet fitness membership and use their beds with red light for on $20/ month and get your gym on in addition

I stopped going to this location because they don't offer back to back infared sauna sessions. Also their machine doesn't work as well as it did prepandemic? I spent an hour in there trying to sweat and it kept turning off every 15 minutes. The poor attendant didn't seem to understand why this was happening. I left having barely sweat at all probably because the temperature wasn't hot enough. I couldn't see it and I tried two different settings "weight management" and " fitness" that felt basically the same. It's not just Beach Bum Tanning, so many places advertise Infared Saunas just to be apart of the latest health "trend" without understanding why they work well enough to become "trendy" in the first place. Being able to listen to music while I tan is almost as important as the quality of tan. That's why when I went in for my diamond session , I specifically asked for a bed that didn't have blown speakers. The girl gave me bed 15 "speakers are working , yes?" "Yes" .... not only are the speakers blown, but they're literally BROKEN. If I'm spending $50 a session , I think it's reasonable to expect the speakers to be working and also reasonable to be disappointed and annoyed when they're not. Bed 10 and another bed, I forget which one, also have blown speakers.

I went to their location yesterday. It was a free 10 for new beginners and I was only supposed to pay five dollars for a medium lotion or something like that. They charge my card $52. When I called them they said they’ll give me a free tan and not my money back. Do not go there. They’re aa scam so do not go to dislocation they brag you and they brainwash you.

Love tanning here but have been noticing they charge me differently for the same single session every time?
