Beach Bum Tanning

First time visiting here. James was very kind and helpful. Explained everything very clearly and kept it professional even though there were other customers coming in when he was by himself. I was able to get the beach pass and my first tanning session successfully. Thank you James!

This was my first time going in. I won’t lie I was extremely nervous as I read the reviews and being a first timer I needed a welcoming employee. Olivia helped me so much - she was so nice , knowledgeable and answered EVERY question I had. She wasn’t pushy or salesy- she told me what I needed. She also walked me into the room and showed me how to use everything as well give me advice on what she does. When I was done she checked on me and just gave me advice on how to keep up to glow. I will definitely be back! Thanks for the first time experience!

The staff is Amazing, friendly, and polite. 😀. Gabby never stops! Give this woman a RAISE ! James, Genesis, Julia and the rest of the staff Sorry I left out a few names. Are really nice people. Nothing less than excellent service

I usually go to other locations on my beach pass but i was in the area. Went in the other day and i have to say this place is kinda run down and dirty. Floors are visibly not clean. Stand up machine was dirty in the bottom. Missing button. Start buttons look chewed up. I wont be back

If i could rate this sad excuse of a place i would rate it 0 stars. The service is nonexistent & the staff are either rude or dismissive. The facilities itself are okay but nothing too grand to write about. I’ve been to a few other but much better tanning booths/salons where the experience was great from start to finish, but Beach Bum is not it. Their booths also don’t seem to give the most even tans which is very weird, considering you just have to stand there and move a few times in different poses to get sprayed… I will definitely go back to my original tanning salon where the staff are helpful and kind, and the tanning booths do exactly what they’re supposed to do and deliver the best results possible. PLEASE AVOID COMING HERE IF YOU CAN, there’s other better businesses in the Bayside
