I booked an install package that included a wash and blow dry. Upon arrival, the stylist was unaware that a wash had been scheduled. She reconfirmed the use of 3 bundles, which had already been established in prior written communication. After I responded “yes,” she stated that my tone sounded annoyed and chose to refund the deposit and cancel the appointment rather than proceed with the scheduled service. The appointment was discontinued before any service was performed. The interaction felt less like a scheduled service and more like an audition of personalities. Clients who expect appointment details to be reviewed and services to proceed as booked may want to confirm expectations in advance.

I have never been so pleased with someone’s service and professionalism at a braiding shop. First off, I was late to my appointment because I got my time mixed up and she was still very polite and accommodating…. And did I mention that she braids fast?!? I was so surprised at how quickly we were done considering the size of the braids I asked for. I’m so pleased with the way my hair came out that I will only be going to her for my braided hairstyles. If you want quality service done fast for a good price then Beas Beauty Bar is the spot.

I have to agree with the last google review. What an unprofessional stylist! I’m at a loss for words! On her page she tells you to message her and she takes hours to respond. I finally got in touch with her by phone and she told me to send her images of the hair style and she told me the price. Just to be certain that she understood the size (for that price which I didn’t argue about and would never), I sent her another picture and she responded that her price was her price and to go back to the other stylist! What?!! Girl what?!!! What on earth got into you?!!! I simply asked if that size in the picture was the same price that’s all!! I’ve been getting my hair done at Bea Beauty for years. Yvonne is very professional and so talented, theres not a single style she cannot do! I have gotten knotless braids, wig customizations, sew ins, etc. Her Instagram page @beabeautybar provides pictures of all the hairstyles she offers - book with her!

Yvonne is very unprofessional. She tell you to text her and she takes hours to respond. She gave me 4 dates to chose from and then told me she hadn’t heard from me. When I send her proof she gets combative. Very rude very unprofessional. Yvonne won’t get my business or my money and I’ll be posting on my social media.
