Erika is an exceptional massage therapist who handles the business side of things smoothly and efficiently, provides a comfortable and relaxing environment, and tailors her sessions based on client input. It was simple to schedule an appointment, and I was able to provide detailed input in advance using her digital intake form. She read the information I provided carefully and came to the appointment prepared to address my specific needs -- so much more so than would have been possible with a brief conversation at the beginning of the massage. And the massage itself was wonderful! She incorporated several different techniques and targeted my areas of concern -- I was particularly impressed by how she used the hot stones (an upgrade I treated myself to) not merely to place on my back but
