I went into Reflections because I had extension tape stuck in my hair. I also needed my roots to be re-bleached. My hair was extremely fragile and damaged. My hair is down to the middle of my back. I wanted to keep my length and get it healthy so it will grow longer. Jennifer helped me get the tape and glue out of my hair using great oils and product. She also brushed out all of the matting the tape had caused. She took her time so it didn't damage my hair. She then bleached my roots. She didn't like the way it looked the first go around. My roots are very healthy and she felt comfortable doing a couple of extra bleach washes to get the platinum color I preferred. After finishing the coloring, we started the Brazilian blowout. I am new to Elko and have had a struggle trying to find a stylist that is accepting new clients. I read reviews on Google about Reflections and without much hope I called. Jennifer said she is accepting new clients and I made an appointment for a cut and color. Holy cow......I LOVE my haircut and the color is off the chain. Thank you Jennifer, you have a new client for life.

My hair has pizzazz. Keri took my hair and made it young again. I have really long curly hair that was dead on the ends. She kept my length and gave my length some bounce. It’s easier to maintain now that I have her in my life. Love my hair thanks to her. I look sexy now.

I had a terrible color experience at this salon. I asked for a medium brown, which we chose, and to keep some of my blonde in there for highlights. She went ahead and did am all-over color with the brown and left none of my blonde! She then told me that my blonde would come thru for highlights after a few washes. I had told her before that I only wash my hair once, maybe twice a week, and that my color holds well. After ONE wash later in the week, the brown color was washing out and after drying my hair it had noticeably lost a great amount of color, I was nearly blonde again with splotches of brown. I was incredibly upset, and I immediately called a different salon and had my hair colored the way I expected in the first place with a medium brown and highlights added due to a crappy color
