Shears

Abby Estes was great. She listened to what I wanted, but gave me the pros and cons of what I was asking. I really appreciate her insight, and I went off of her expertise. I loved the way she cut my hair. So very pleased! I highly recommend her.

To preface this review, I'd like to give some context. I moved to Elko back in July of 2023, and as most people who have moved places, finding a hair stylist / barber that you're satisfied with can be quite difficult. I've tried multiple places before trying shears and was never satisfied with my haircuts. I booked my first appointment with Jennifer on March 1st at 11:00 am. This was the beginning of my problems with her. As I was driving to shears, I get a text message asking me to come at 1:30 because she was running late. Obviously, I wasn't happy as I was already on the road. However, I begrudgingly agreed and turned around and headed back home. Afterwards, I got there at 1:30 and had my hair cut by Jennifer. She apologized for the rescheduling and gave me the first haircut I was sati

I love my hair and experience with Abby Estes at Shears.. Look forward to it every six weeks!! Makes me feel so good.Talented and very willing to get it right! Rare these days.. Definately recommend her!

This was my first time at shears I had a facial with Maggie.she is absolutely the best!! I've had other facials at the Atlantis and she blows them out of the water definitely recommend her!! She is always very kind and amazing person!!!

Taryn is the best! She has a gentle touch and really considers what you want and what hairstyle and color would look best on you. Shears itself is clean, well-kept, and private. No having to listen to other conversations that you'd rather not hear. Good job, Robyn!
