BCBC Nails Spa

Got serviced today at this location. They used a dremel with a USED sanding drill bit that was obviously not clean, new or sanitized for the callus removal. (that drill bit was atrocious).Yet on the menu, on the bottom, it says all items are sanitized. I was the only one in the salon by the middle of my service. They didn't get my entire nail on several fingers for the regular manicure. Service was lazy. My premium pedicure with callus removal service lasted 12 minutes. My regular manicure lasted longer. They don't provide a fast dry spray of any kind. I paid a $15 dollar tip on a $65 dollar service. Which the technicians recovered prior to the service being over. (Prior to adding my polish) I expected more from a prime location. Bummed.

I was a walk in spur of the moment decision to get a manicure done while waiting for my son to finish another appointment. They took me in right away and Tina helped me with a smile and care. First time here and if I need another manicure, I would come back to Tina! She was conversational and polite and made sure I was happy with the service I requested. Thank you!

Outstanding job from BCBC nails! If it's not obvious, I have a finger picking problem. I felt safe in their hands here because I have had painful experiences in other places with them not taking caution to my nail beds. The art design is wonderful and I love the details and shape! I will be coming back again! I apologize for not getting my nails tech(s) names. They did wonderful though. Thank you, thank you, thank you! :)

Not sure what they use for gel but it completely ruined my nails... it has been more than a month and my nails still cannot grow healthy. Not even the money back can make up for this painful, horrible experience. Don't do this to people. Zero stars if I could.

Tammy and Christina are amazing ! I had such a great experience! My nails turned out beautifully—exactly how I wanted them. They were so professional, friendly, and paid close attention to the little details that made all the difference. The space was clean and comfortable, and I felt really well taken care of the entire time.
