There is a reason BB’s Beauty Supply is going out of business. The business failed due to lack of integrity and customer service! Pay attention to your receipt! They over rung my purchase by approximately $22. They made no attempt to research the issue and resolve it by fully refunding the entire over charged amount. I took a lower refund amount of $10, as I was in a rush and had small children with me. They own Bally’s hair studio, too. I would not patronize this business or Bally’s.

Don’t even waste your time. They’re never open. It was my second time this week trying them because of how close they were to my place. The time listed online is incorrect and no one seems to be at the store at 1 PM in the afternoon let’s not forget supposedly they close at 8PM, but doors were locked around 6pm. Open sign still on. Don’t even waste your time just drive up three more minutes to City Beauty up the road.

Thank you so much Ms Bally for always being such a help to me. Now that you are in Tallahassee it is so much more convenient and larger. Thanks for thinking of your clients and customers. It's been over a year now and you have been a blessing to me, even though I have a Sally's card, your store has been more accommodating to my beauty needs.

The cashiers sucks and barley helps. There are not customer service friendly. Maybe if she leave from behind the counter she can potentially be more helpful. Never going back.
