B&B African Hair Braiding

I walked in and made an appointment two weeks out because I wanted them to see how much hair I had so that it’s not a shock to them. Owner was rude and short with me. But I figured maybe that’s just how she interacts with people. I come in for my appointment and my experience was terrible. I truly should have gotten up and left. I asked the braider to grip looser on my sides because it’s very sensitive, the owner (not my braider) responded “knotless doesn’t hurt” . I explained to them that even when I braid my own hair I have to braid looser on the sides . The owner looked at me as though I spat on her. My braider continued to grip the same way and even began rushing towards the end and I could feel my hair pooping. She wasn’t careful at all with parting. I kept hearing them say “American

Staff was very rude and arrogant the tall one was doing all the talking .the light skinned one was just disgusting and the older one was kind to us. They where rude to her as well I will never spend my money with them again..

My hair was rushed and the crochet braids came out as soon as I got home! The Manager was rude telling me that we weren't on the list even though I called and texted. Ain't no way I'm going back. Y'all need to get y'all's act together or you ain't finna have nobody. I'd spend your money on a stylist that actually knows how to do hair right.

When I had my hair done here they were very rough. Even pulled some hair out from combing with a tiny comb. Definitely don’t care about keeping hair healthy or just generally trying to be kind. The tall skinny one is very mean and seems to take out frustrations on people head.
