Mary Elizabeth is wonderful! She really listened to what I wanted and helped me go a little more gray to match my natural color — it looks so soft, natural, and exactly how I pictured it. She’s friendly, easy to talk to, and makes the whole experience relaxing. The salon setup is adorable, with a cute coffee bar and plenty of magazines to enjoy while your color processes. Plus, it’s super convenient right here in Mt. Pleasant. Highly recommend Mary Elizabeth!

First time here and got my haircut by Jenna and she did such an amazing job. I genuinely haven’t had this good of a haircut in a long time and also had a great conversation with her. Will definitely be back

Very disappointed by my experience. Got partial highlights two weeks ago and it looked horrible. They did not tone my hair and the highlights looked like stripes. I reached out regarding a refund and received no response. I had to get it fixed at another salon. My stylist was lovely but what I got was not worth $194 and looks nothing like the picture I showed her. Very upsetting.
