Bayside Nails

me and my friend went to get our nails done for her bday and she had to redo them because you could see through the nail then she was trying to tell us that we were in the wrong and she started talking about us in her language and they didn’t have all the materials to get our nails that we wanted. and she was asked for a diamond on her nail, but then she got a thing that looks like an Orby. and the photo below was what we were planning on getting but then they didn’t have the material to do it. they should run out of business.

I have been getting pedicures for YEARS and I have never experienced one so terrible in my life. I was in on 7/12 with my mother and got a regular gel pedicure. The nail tech was rough and painful when trimming my cuticles and I now have chemical burns on my feet from whatever soap and lotions they used!! My feet are still burning and itching hours later after I rushed home and washed them off TWICE. I will never return and wish I could get a refund.

What I wanted. What I got. Had them redo it this is the second out come. They were rude and try to blame me for having short nail beds but … they cut my fingernails. I. Paid 100 for junk. They were so rough and it hurt during the appointment. Was stressful They were also making funny of my hair on my legs. I am European. They were dirty as well used a used cloth for me and wasn’t clean. My fingers hurt

Horrible customer service. I've had 3 different appointments scheduled and everytime I have arrive the nails tech is ether late or want me to wait on them. So irritating

Unsanitary !!!! Not once did I see a sterile item , owner did my nails went in for a manicure and a pedicure, while doing my pedicure she went to do another clients nails because tech was running late and just left me there in the seat , then when I complained about my nails she got angry that I made her re do it !!!! Quality of work can be graded as child’s work I could have done what she did and had the nerve to charge me 80 dollars ! Price chart in wall does not match what they charge when you’re checking out either . Just brought all items need to do my own nails tired of wasting my money on these salons !!!!
