Right as I walked in for the end of the year sale they had, I was welcomed by a kind employee who told us to let her know if we had any questions. There were so many different scents (along with scent strips to try them out) and many different products. Even if you don’t have rewards with them, their deals and sales are always so good for the quantity.

Love that you can mix & natch men's & women's products. Ex: buy 3 get 3 free you can purchase 3 men's items, get 3 women's items free.

Had the best interaction today. Abbey was super friendly on the phone and when I went into the store she was even nicer! I told her I had a question and she was more than grateful to help me. She even helped answer questions I was about to ask before I could ask them (what coupons to use). Abbey helped me visually learn which items were for what rewards which I really appreciate. Haley at the cash register was happy to get my rewards up and explained which ones I could or couldn’t use. Never had such great customer service here 2/08/2025- Once again another great interaction with staff. Erica asked if I was looking to use my free item coupon which made me chuckle and ask how she knew. Very friendly, very helpful. She even helped me find a few items to help my youngest with his dry hands. C

I’m so upset that I never got my order. I thought it was to be delivered and I missed the emails for the store to pick up. A friendly phone call from a store associate would’ve been greatly appreciated. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Line to check out way to long...put all my stuff back along with my sister ain't worth standing there for .....don't want it that bad ..open more registers and this is why I don't like shopping at this location..why is it that there is a check out on the candle side of the store but I've never ever seen it open....if Iam buying candles as I was why do I need to check out on the other side ??? DO BETTER!!!!!!!!....
