I had such a great experience at Bath & Body Works in Woodbridge. Christina in merchandising and Brisa at the register were absolutely awesome. Both were extremely consumer oriented, friendly, and professional. They made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Christina was super helpful with product suggestions, and Brisa was so kind and patient at checkout. The store also had some amazing deals going on — I couldn’t resist. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while.👏🏽✨

Store is beautifully 😍 decorated 📔 they have offer buy 3 get 3 for holiday season. Store is full stock up. They have sample {tester} for each item. Staff is very nice and helpful. They have lot of options for Perfumes, deodorant, face creams, body creams, sanitizers, Candles, fragrances etc. Store 🏪 smells so good. See pics and videos for more details. Thanks 🙏👍

Never going back to this location again. I placed a pickup order, went to pick it up and all the items weren’t in the bag. I guess this representative was some kind of store supervisor. She offered to replace the out of stock item I was missing and I ended up PAYING AGAIN! I would’ve probably just gave the replacement, but it seems she believes I couldn’t pay for my goods. The cost was nothing to me it’s the experience I was looking for that people talk about in this store. And I think racism shouldn’t be a thing in 2025 don’t judge a book by its cover. I just want people to know what’s happening here in this store. Please be aware.

Good store to buy gifts for mother's day! They have a sale going on right now for candles, and they have a selection of body care items to pamper yourself. They even have special collabs, good for them!

Just went to Bath & Body Works yesterday great selection and everything was on sale so that's a bonus! I bought a great soap scrub for my hands. I use it in the store and my hands were so smooth and then I got the lotion that went with it. Very pleased with my purchases
