Bath & Body Works

I was not greeted at all. The employees just past right me not saying anything. Still not asking me if I needed help which I did. The employees were either talking to each other or they were by the windows on their phones.

Did a pick up order. When i walked in three employees were standing in the front none of them said anything to me. I proceeded to the desinated pick up area and waited and waited. A staff member saw me then walked right past. I went to the register where i was then told to go back to where i was standing.

My spouse and I have noticed a concerning trend during our visits to this Bath & Body Works location. Despite being valued customers, we are consistently followed by the same staff member, who tracks our movements throughout the store and even accompanies us to the checkout counter. Given our limited number of visits and satisfactory payment history, this behavior seems unwarranted. As the only individuals of color in the store, we can't help but feel that this treatment may be unfairly targeted towards us.

The associates are nice. The Store Manager is very knowledgeable about the products

The new store is beautiful. It's in the Monticello Marketplace. The great products are the same. And the staff is wonderful. It is the same staff from the old store which closed in New Town. They are helpful, friendly and efficient. Parking is plentiful. It's such an uplifting place to visit. It's definitely worth a visit. Enjoy !!!
