Believe the other negative reviews! A few days ago I made the mistake of shopping at this location. As I was shopping, hourly employee named Val (blonde hair, deep eye bags as described in other negative reviews about her) repeatedly approached me despite my clearly stating multiple times that I did not need assistance and wished to browse on my own. Even after I spoke with a manager about the frequency of these interruptions, Val continued to approach me with different questions, ranging from “Do you need help?” to “Are you looking for a gift?” Each time, I reiterated that I did not want assistance. I used to love coming here and always had great experiences with employees, but unfortunately that changed after tonight(1/15). The cashier with blonde hair & deep eye bags (ID #3395696 on my receipt) avoided me and my partner when we walked in and became rude after checkout. She tried forcefully stuffing the receipt into my bag while I was grabbing it, which made me uncomfortable. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional, and I hope management addresses it because this store has always been great otherwise.

I rarely feel the need to write a review the moment I leave a store, but I just had to share how fantastic Kellie was during my shopping experience. She made everything so easy, was incredibly friendly, and her smile never faded. Kelly also gave me some really great tips and even made a point to catch me on my way out to say goodbye and wish me well. It was such a lovely touch and really made my day!

Gift card fiasco: won’t be back We brought in a $25 birthday gift card. The cashier scratched the strip so hard the numbers came off and even said this happens all the time. I’m not blaming her, the real problem was everything that followed.
