I swear! I love Bath & Body Works! All the fall smells make me just want to melt into a happy puddle of joy! It always puts me in a good mood! It was well organized with employees cleaning and caring about the customers. I enjoyed my time at this location and will hopefully come back in the future!

If I could give a zero for customer service, I would. I visited the BBW store in West Melbourne, FL on 12/30/25. I have been purchasing large quantities of your candles for many years, mostly via your on line ordering system, and they are delivered to my home. The last delivery included a broken candle, so I thought the best way to resolve this issue was to go directly to the store. All I wanted to do was exchange the broken candle for a non-broken one. The first associate I dealt with immediately told me that there would be an additional charge. Seriously! I explained to her that I was not going to pay extra for a product that was delivered damaged. By the way, I’m surprised that more candles aren’t delivered broken because your packaging is awful. She proceeded to attempt the exchange,

Easily accessible from the Main Road Palm Bay, not far from I-95 exit 176 W/B. Plenty of free parking including for Handicap accessible Vehicles. The store was clean and well staffed by friendly employees. The inventory was extensive and the prices in my opinion were fair. In the area give them a visit and make sure to check for online coupons.

I usually don’t leave reviews but after the awful customer service I received this evening, I had to share. Typically, Bath and Body works has amazing service- but tonight, this store refused to accept my coupon and the manager was extremely rude, ultimately losing a sale. It’s free to be kind.
