Bath & Body Works

First associate was wonderful and pointed me in right direction. Thank you for having him in the front. Check out was not good. My phone and email were incorrect in system and had to repeat numerous times to have it even come up wrong, with no offer to help me or how to fix it. As I was talking to the associate, a different associate came up, talking about break and the both left me standing there. I truly hope this is not the norm as it was frustrating. I realize it is retail, but we shouldn’t lose how to treat people in general.

I had very helpful sales staff at the Jordan Creek location tonight. Angel, Victoria, and another employee (don't remember her name) were extremely helpful in making sure I found what I needed and also got the best deal. Very good experience.

If you love things that smell amazing, you have to visit the Bath & Body Works at Jordan Creek Town Center. This store is on the second floor and is super easy to find because it smells like a giant garden or a fresh bakery from the hallway. The store is very bright and clean. One of the coolest parts is the luxury hand washing area. You can actually try out the newest soaps with warm water right there to see which one you like best before you buy it. They have everything from 3-wick candles that make your whole house smell like "Caramel Pumpkin Swirl" to pocket-sized hand sanitizers. Most of the time, the staff is very friendly and will help you find the best deals, like their big semi-annual sales. My 1st time at this mall and Bath & Body Works. It had a great selection and was busy. I didn't have to wait long to checkout though. The service was great.
