The young man at the register was so polite and helpful. The store was clean, organized and I was soooo happy to see the Fall items out and fully stocked.

I brought in a coupon to use tonight. Was informed at the ring out that you can not use this coupon on a candle sale. This coupon clearly states that you can not use this on candle ACCESSORIES. I kindly asked if their was any candles on sale and was told there was NO candles on sale or ANY candles I could use my coupon for. This guy didn’t even try to scan my coupon at all.

Great store with great staff. I was incredibly rude the other day to a young associate who handled it with grace. I apologize, Henry, and will do better.

I went today. I have been going to Bath and Body fir quite some time.

Ummm of course this place is the greatest! I cannot live without my body spray and lotion from here. My daughter actually got a clip that goes in her visor of the car and it smells wonderful who knew they had this?!! I love the hand sanitizer that bath & body works has they are the greatest. If you think they are too high price just give it some time and give you your email address and you will come across sales on a weekly basis that you can afford to go and shop around with. Greatest place on Earth for people who live to smell and smell good!!!❤️❤️❤️
