My recent online pickup experience was extremely disappointing. The issue was not handled appropriately, and I left feeling uncomfortable and unfairly treated. Rather than resolving the situation constructively, management responded in a way that lacked understanding and professionalism. I hope improvements are made in how customers are treated in the future.
I’m leaving this review based on an online pickup experience my mom had, and it was extremely disappointing. The workers were very rude and unprofessional for no reason. especially for something as simple as an online pickup. This experience alone makes us not want to come back.
What can I say... It's Bath & Body Works!!! It's flippin' amazing!!! & they have the BEST sales!!! Right now, until Sept. 3rd, they have a $5.95 sale for any body product!! Meaning all their body wash, body spray, body lotion, pillow spray, etc. etc. etc. Basically everything except their candles & plug-ins & stuff like that. Highly recommend this location also as the employees are a wonderful help & are very kind! Love Love LOVE Bath & Body Works!!!
Was not greeted, nor was i asked if I needed help but I sure was stared at by staff.
They're very friendly to me I love them
