Update January 15, 2026 I want to update my previous review because I recently returned to the Bath & Body Works location at Wellington Green Mall and had a completely different — and very positive — experience. I met with Angela, the Store Manager, who was incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely apologetic about my prior visit. She took the time to personally walk the store with me, show me all of the new products, explain promotions, and make sure I felt valued as a customer. Her attention, patience, and commitment to customer service truly stood out. Angela went above and beyond to turn a disappointing situation into an amazing shopping experience. Love the candles and soap. Great products. My issue. It’s 3:30 on a Wednesday and the store is closed. There are employees inside looks like they shut down to remerchandise the store. Which is ridiculous. I’ve worked retail for 14 years and no company I’ve ever worked for has shut the doors to do a flow. Kinda crazy. I came to the mall to shop specifically at bath and body works. And maps says it’s open.

I had a good experience here. The staff told me about a deal if I bought two more hand sanitizers, which I did. She went for the up-sell and it worked. She was very friendly. We had a nice conversation, so much so that another customer joined in. She had excellent customer service. Everyone who works here has excellent customer service. Always spend more than I was planning in. Staff is very friendly, outgoing, and pro-active. All are well trained.

It was excellent! The ladies who work there are lovely and helped me so much find everything I was looking for. Thank you so much for having such high-quality products and fantastic employees who go out of their way to help customers. It's such a pleasure to shop at Bath and Body Works.

Great place. Well stocked. Friendly staff. Terry was a great help today. Please get coffee beans in the store I couldn’t clear my nose to try new scents AND please bring back moonlight path wallflowers and room spray. Pretty please!?!
