The weatherford employees are rude and don't want to seem to help you. I walked in shortly after thy opened. The employees were talking and not one person said hello or if they could help me. I had a pickup order which wasn't ready yet. I also wanted to trade out 2 items for something else and the lady at the counter acted like I was putting her out. I had to tell her 4 times which ones I didn't want on the pickup order and she just handed me my bag without even saying anything. Very disappointing and bad customer service.

I’ve been using B&B products longer than I can remember. It is still a good product. They haven’t priced me out yet, but they are trying. If they hit $20 a bottle, I will look for another brand. BUT what really makes me question their ethics is the colored bottles and larger sizes. An 8 oz clear bottle of lotion lasted me 3 weeks. A “10” + oz of colored bottles last less than 2 weeks I just opened colored “8” oz bottle and in about 10 days it was gone. Only the longevity of use and product quality keep me hanging on. ONLY buy see-thru/clear bottles of product and watch their alleged larger portion containers, especially if you can’t see what is inside.

I came in this morning on my break and a new face helped me find some new favorites! The store was well kept and very inviting. I'll definitely be making this my permanent location! Thank you Amelia for your help today !!

New associate Amelia was the best!!! She helped me find just what I was looking for and even better sents I didn’t know I needed!!! She seemed very knowledgeable on the products like she had been working there forever.

Absolutely love this location, I loved that the associate Amelia was there to help me find the products I was looking for and was patient with my pickiness ! She even told me some of her favorite scents to try and I can say she definitely has taste! Thank you BBW for the outstanding care for customers !
