Helpful, friendly service greets you soon as you walk in the store.🥰 BBW is my go to favorite body/candle store.They have a huge variety of products from hand sanitizers, candles, body lotions, hand lotions, holiday candle sleeves holders and nice savings!

As I was shopping I looked under a shelf for back stack which I didn’t know wasn’t allowed (which makes total sense it’s just what I’ve always done but now I know I understand that can be frustrating for the workers) but a lady named JAIME came up to me and asked “do you need help if you’d like a job we’re hiring” which I found extremely rude. That wasn’t the way to go about that at all, She continued to be rude to which I had to tell her to get away from me. I understand you’re in a bad mood & don’t like your job but please don’t take it out on me Jaime🙃

i would like to give a special shout out to the cashier morgan for her exceptional customer service, her patience , and her great service. my 2 year old was acting bad and she had patience and helped. we need more people in customer service like this

Morgan and Celi are amazingly personable and warm people. Very sweet. They both made me feel extremely cared for and were dedicated to giving a great customer experience. People like them are the reason I keep returning to this location. Morgan and Celi are keepers!!
