Bath & Body Works

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this needed to be said. I’ve had several visits to this Bath and Body Works recently, and every time I’ve encountered an employee named Trina, the experience has been uncomfortable. She comes across as very rude and condescending, and it feels like she talks down to customers instead of helping them. She acts annoyed when people ask simple questions about products or sales. It’s honestly shocking because the rest of the staff is always so warm and welcoming, but she consistently makes the store feel tense and uninviting. I love Bath and Body Works, but interactions like this make me think twice about coming to this location. Customer service matters, and no one should feel belittled while trying to shop.

This bath and body works is one of the most beautifully arranged and clean I have ever seen, the people who work here are super friendly and helpful! I love to shop here 😊

Happy to have this in our town! Stopped in today and all of the associates were wonderful, kind, and even engaging with my kids (2 and 5). The store pick up is so much better than waiting for an online delivery that may or may not have broken glass.

All staff and especially the cashier was very friendly !
