It such a great location and beautiful concept. Employees need to be trained. Customer service is poor and needs immediate attention. Today I had Rose along with Jackie and another member of staff. They were having conversations and busy fixing items and have no interaction with clients. It was sad to see and I had to ask if they liked the location and the job. On Sunday when I visited it was the same employees were so into talking about another employee and found it difficult to leave their conversation to attend to the clients. Overall the store is clean, the layout of the products is beyond beautiful. Thanks for bringing this beautiful concept to Eagle Plaza.

I went here on Sunday (11/23) in the afternoon to use a gift card with my daughter. When we were ready to check out, I was treated very poorly by the cashier and dismissed by another staff working on the floor. The cashier was repeatedly rude to me while I was trying to speak with him about a promotion. Additionally, when I asked another staff who was working on the floor, she lied to me. I will never go to this store again. I am extremely disappointed with how the workers treated me.

Walked in the store, two employees were SO busy talking to each other at the register. I was the ONLY customer in the store. They ignored me the entire time. I wasn't greeted nor I wasn't acknowledged. Soon a family walked in and one employee walked from behind the register to greet them. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I left because I know where my business isn't wanted. This was my second store, since the Marlton store had the same exact behavior. I'm guessing they are trained to ignore people of color at both Marlton and the Voorhees stores.

I stopped by this past weekend and I love the new location, it’s much more open and more product to choose from. I did feel like I got attitude from one of the employees I believe his name was “Jim”. But Tatyana was amazing. Helped me throughout my whole shopping experience and answered all my questions and also made genuine conversation with me. Will definitely be returning.

Huge shoutout to Christina! She was absolutely amazing, super friendly and provided excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel genuinely welcome.
