I won’t be coming back here for a while, I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service I received today. I had to wait for another customer to decide what she wanted to purchase before I was even acknowledged and able to checkout, even though there was plenty of employees available to check me out.

I’m an self proclaimed BBW number one fan. Out of all the BBW I have been to, Lana at the front counter was extremely professional and friendly. She throughly checked my online order and made sure I was the one picking up the items. I definitely appreciate this step verification for my goods! We all know BBW isn’t cheap. It was wild crazy in there and she wasn’t dropping a sweat with the customers. Thank you Lana! You made my day!

No complaints, great prices and nice smells

Haven't been here in years but I have to leave a review. Had a little mishap at the register and Manager Hannah resolved it with ease while simultaneously handling this crazy holiday foot traffic. I definitely won't wait years to come back this time. Great service from the door to the floor to the register!
