I love Bath & Body Works! The staff is very helpful and attentive to any/all of your needs. They always have sales and if you become a Rewards Member you get so much more! My daughter and I have purchased items from there ever since it opened in Sumter Mall, and before that we liked to shop at the ones out of town. The one in Sumter Mall has something for everyone, there are so many different things and scents to choose from...and now they even have a men's line! It smells great and my husband even uses a couple of them. I would definitely recommend Bath & Body Works to anyone.

Visited this location during a short stay to Sumter. Staff were very pleasant as with all locations I have visited. This companies customer service is standard. They have done an excellent job setting a standard of service. I was very confused as I attempted to use MyBath&Body app. I was informed I could not use my coupons from the App yet. Yikes! I know it's a small town. However, no Apps use? And despite the stores issue with the App, why couldn't they view the coupon and give me my free items anyway. That action would have matched their previous service level.

While I understand going the day after Christmas can be chaotic for shoppers and staff, that does not mean costumer service should be sacrificed because of being overwhelmed. I was waiting in line while there was a problem with the ladies order in front of me. I guess the previous costumer had an attitude and therefore I received very rude service. The sales associate snatched my bag from me and had a very rude tone. I also watched as she told her coworkers what happened and they all proceeded to gain attitudes towards the other costumers, including one of my friends.

Bath & Body Works sells my favorite brand of tubed shaving cream (C.O. Bigelow) and most of the time it's on promotion. Friendly service never had an issue. My only complaint is that the aroma of thousands of perfumed products is nearly overwhelming so I get in make purchases and get out. I can live with it.
