Every interaction at the store has been extremely pleasant with the staff working hard to meet all of my needs. Love getting a good deal and seeing the usual people. Every time I stop in they even recognize me now and it feels so validating as a customer. Great deals- amazing customer service- favorite store.

This Bath & Body Works location is great. The store is clean, well organized, and always well stocked. We’ve been stopping in recently because of the semi-annual sale and were able to grab a lot of products for really good prices. The employees are super helpful and friendly, but they don’t hover while you’re shopping, which I really appreciate. Overall, it’s always a pleasant experience here and definitely a go-to location.

The manager at this store has a terrible attitude toward customers. I am a small business owner and came in to purchase Christmas gifts for my clients, spending over $1,700 in one visit. What should have been a simple checkout process took nearly two hours because she did not understand how their system works. Throughout this entire time, I remained patient, understanding, and did not give her a hard time, despite the inconvenience. Because of the amount I spent, I earned a large number of rewards. When I returned to use them, I was confused about the rewards policy. Instead of explaining it clearly and professionally, the manager spoke to me in a condescending tone, raised her voice, and treated me as if I were a child. Poor customer service! At 6:11pm my daughter purchased some items for $40.17. She was $.17 short, all I had was a 20 dollar bill. So after handing it to the clerk, she says all she has is one dollar bills, so politely I asked do you have fives in another drawer so I dont have to carry 19-1 dollar bills? She tells the other employee he doesn't want all ones but it all spends the same! I won't be back to this location

Idk when this shop opened, but I'm here for it. I don't have to go all the way to the mall anymore! Everything was perfectly stocked, staff was super helpful and friendly, and I got exactly what I came for. Happy summerween!
