Bath & Body Works

I ordered online, and drove 20 minutes to the store to pick it up due to receiving the text and email that verified that I WAS allowed pick it up. Upon arriving, they had a mini sign on the door that said that they were going to be closing early, which is fine. It’s 5:40. However, the lights were on and all of the workers were walking around putting together the online orders and texting away. I tried to get my order from one of them as it is needed for tomorrow morning, and they refused to allow me to pick up my order up. I had my order number and everything ready, the lady could have kindly verified and brought it to the door. Very common. Not rocket science. It’s snowing, it’s cold, I don’t wanna be here anymore than you wanna be here, but instead I somehow earned myself nasty looks fro

I LOVE this store. This is my favorite store. Everyone is so nice and helpful, and I enjoy spending some time in there and smelling things, especially when I am buying a gift or using a coupon from the rewards program. Still need to try their new deodorant and fabric softener. 😁❤️

Great scents, great deals, and friendly staff. I always find something I love, whether it’s candles, lotions, or gifts. The store is well organized and smells amazing every time

I have had no issue with bath and body works before but their customer service is so bad and unhelpful online and in store. I don't understand how you can't fix an order after it was placed if the company made a mistake or be able to reach out and let the customer know whats happening before its completed
