Bath & Body Works

I placed a order online (around 2pm) and never received a "ready to pickup" email. The next day (around 5pm) I go to the store to get order. The clerk advised it was not ready but he would put it together. The company advertise that it would be ready in 4 hours. How the next day its not ready? I think its a location issue. I do appreciate the clerk getting the order together quickly!

It was a crazy Christmas eve at the mall this year. Store was packed, and yet a hero emerged, Marlon came to help me find all the items in my list! He found the candles I was looking for. I was carrying all the items (didn't know there were baskets), and he came back and brought me a basket to put all my items in. Thank you Marlon again, what an exemplary employee.

A extremely popular good bath body works place shop inside Stonecrest Mall yes every time they have some kind of sale it be so packed full of people & with online shopping being what it is that’s impressive that this store can still be that packed inside when a sale is happening

I went to purchase some dryer sheets. I ordered three boxes when I got home. One of the boxes was open in half of the sheets was in there. I called the store. No one answered. The store is about 45 minutes away from me. I am extremely pissed.

Although I usually avoid Stonecrest Mall, this particular location happened to be the closest at the time. Despite that, I found it to have a vast inventory and it's conveniently situated upstairs near Macy's. The customer service was excellent, and my online pickup experience was smooth and hassle free, just as it should be. If necessary, I wouldn't hesitate to return to this location again.
