Really helpful staff. Helped me find items that corresponded to coupons I had, as well as direct me to products that are similar to a particular scent I like. All of the staff were pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. For being a smaller store, that had a lot of inventory to look at and choose from.
Big shout out to Damion. He is super nice, very knowledgeable and has the best customer service skills. We look forward to seeing him every time we visit.
I shopped at the State College Location in Nittany Mall in PA on CANDLE DAY and even though they were so busy, they somehow were able to KINDLY help me find all the scents and things I needed and the store was immaculate!
Love coming here. All of the employees are wonderful and super helpful.
