Bath & Body Works

I went and was never greeted by the staff because their conversation about PTO and wanting to go to Florida, in the middle of the store was more important. Then it took a minute for them to come to the register to cash me out. They had 3 employees, and the store was dead. At least at the town center wether the store is busy or not, Im made to feel welcome. Not coming here again.

The ladies at this location are so much friendlier than the two older ladies at the mall location for sure! They had all the product I was looking for and a couple great surprises left from the SAS!

I used to love love love Bath and Body Works. But now the wall flower plug ins leak. They leak down the back side onto the floor or the counter. And the smells are not as potent as they once were. Which is why, I can only assume, they have created the "enhanced fragrance." Shouldn't they all smell so good that they don't need to have a special label that says they are enhanced? I now only use the free coupon and give away my discount coupons to people standing in line to pay it forward. Thank you to all my younger years though Bath and Body Works for the great memories!

Always a good place to stop for some easy gift selection..

I was surprised when I went to the store and asked if they had the black Santa nightlight that I saw on Facebook the day before. When I inquired about it, I was told no. As I was departing the store, one employee ask the other employee if she knew that there were variations of Santa in what appeared to be a snooty tone. I went to the store in Potomac Milks and guess what I found. Employees need to be made aware of the companies products vs. acting puzzled. #blacksantacollector
