Nice store in the Outlet Mall. Well stocked, wide variety. Always great for small gifts. Quick stop. Handicap parking out front. Handicap access.

I love bath and body. This location is close to my home. I don’t care to go back there. Would rather go to cobblestone or town center. Customer service is horrible. They treat you as if you’re a lying to return something without a receipt. And then try to sell you wallflower scents without a tag, saying they have a way to be able to know but don’t show you anything for reassurance. Not paying for something that doesn’t tell me what it is. They look and treat you as if you’re beneath them. They’re running business away from that location.

To decline a cash payment because you don’t have change is sad. People should have the liberty for cash payments at your store. The customer service at this store just ain’t it for me. Would much rather use another location.

I visited this B&BW for the first time this past weekend. I always went to the location closer to my house as this one is a much further drive, but I was in the area for something else so I decided to stop in. Not only did I luck out and happen to come in during a great sale, but every employee I spoke with here was incredibly nice, and genuinely so. The store was very clean and well stocked and nicely laid out. It also had items I've never seen at the store closer to my house. I'd say it's worth the drive out to this location!

Love coming here, it's kinda cramped when busy so if you have a large stroller or other wheeled item, be aware it gets tight in some areas. Found that out when me and another mom got stuck in a row with our strollers, no biggie for us, but might be for someone else. The employees have always been great the times I've gone in- even when I had my overly energetic toddler in there, my husband took her outside since she wouldn't calm down and I apologized but they never made me feel guilty for it. Love coming for sales, they're always good sales so I never feel like I didn't get my pennies worth.
