Went in yesterday 1/20/2026 to pick up my favorite lotion (A Thousand Wishes). They were nice , friendly ,and very helpful. Plus I've been in this store a few times and it's always very clean. Thanks for the nice hospitality . DB

Came in to return some unused items I didn’t like the scent of and a couple items I used once and didn’t like. The manager was rude and had an attitude about giving me a refund and refused to give me a refund for one body was that was completely unused, went home and weighed it and it weighed 12 oz. Another item she refused to return was a candle I lit once and the glass cracked while it was lit. She then refused to return a body butter that I used once and didn’t like the way it felt on my skin. I have never abused their return system, in fact I’ve never returned anything to them before until today! But I did read their policy and it states gently used and defective products are accepted! So I’m not sure why my unused body wash, used once lotion, and used once and cracked candle, would no

Great store and glad it isnt to far from me. The only draw back is the excuse given when I asked about the buy 3 get 4 free. Was told hands are tided and I should have ordered online to actually save money. I did and I save alot. Good xmas gifts but way to many chemicals.

Ok but there is no way I'm going to pay $30 for one candle! The store was nice The people were nice but the quality versus the price does not make sense for me.

I placed a large order on Dec 12 and it said it would be delivered between Dec 17-23 and then it said Dec 24. I placed that order for Christmas presents if I had known it would not be here I would have not ordered that much. I reached out and didn’t receive any help at all and my order still hasn’t been delivered.
