Bath & Body Works

There are so many of these stores around, please do not go to the Bath and Body Works at The District (South Jordan, UT). I had a very simple Christmas exchange (give back $16 and purchase $50) and the associate Roz working the register was incredibly rude to me. It was purchased through my app and the candles were brand new, so there was no issue on my end. I went specifically to this location because they were the only one around that had the candle scent I wanted. I was SO excited that I found them. She was literally so rude to me that I walked out and didn’t even purchase them. It wasn’t worth it. The staff here is inconsistent. You might have a good experience or you might not depending on who is working when you come in. There were two young girls that assisted me and one claimed to be a manager, but didn’t act like it. I came into swap a product and had an amazing experience at a different Bath and body, and then came here and was treated like I was a criminal for trying to trade a product that was worth the same amount or offering to pay the extra if there was a difference. I got the sense that the young girls just wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible, and that any questions I asked were a complete inconvenience, and I even felt judged. My favorite location, all of the employees here are awesome!!! They don’t get enough credit for how hard they work & for putting up with difficult people, especially on these launch collaboration days!!

Ordered online and picked up within 30 mins of placing my order. Customer service from lady at the front was wonderful! Candles were nicely wrapped and ready for me to pick up along with some candle wrapping + ribbons. Thank you! 😊
