There’s no doubt… I love all these fragrances. My 💙love💙for years was lay it on thick shea butter, the new one isn’t for me. My go to now are is Ghoul Friend

The store staff is absolutely wonderful however the new Corporate is horrible! They literally tricked all their customers for Black Friday with their buy 3 get 4 free crap sale. They made customers think they were getting a first time ever deal only to find today sale was literally $15.00 cheaper for the next two days. I could of bought all 7 full sized items for 35.00 vs the $50 I paid yesterday for the same items!! Today is small business Saturday. You are not a small business! I won't be black friday shopping with them again. You wonder why you are losing business!

Today was the day we had been waiting for. It was candle day, so all 3 wick candles we $9.95. We decided to fight the crowds, so we headed to Bath & Bidy works in Charleston, WV. It was very busy but not as insane as I had thought it would be. My wife and I loaded up on our all our favorite candles for Christmas.

the staff was very nice about a return UNLIKE SOME BATH AND BODY WORKS EMPLOYEES so I appreciate them

If possible avoid this store. The employees are not very knowledgeable or helpful at that, most the time standing behind the counter while one register is open with 10 people in line. Biggest thing is they try to get out of their promotions, was told the 12.95$ candles did not apply to their store because they are a tester store. What is a tester store, it says Bath and Body Works not tester store. You are better off going somewhere else or just online shopping. So save yourself the frustration and brain cells and avoid this store and their employees.
