Bath & Body Works

I stopped by this Bath and Body works to look at gifts I can get my wife for Valentine day. I was already in the Simi Valley Town Center where this store is located in so it was convenient for me. I thought they were closed at first because the store looked so emptied inside but had the light on. When I walked inside, I was the only customer inside and there was two ladies working. They greeted me and asked if I needed any help but I was just browsing. You do not get cellular reception in here if you have TMobile so be aware but one of the worker told me I could connect to their guest WiFi. I didn't find something I could get for my wife but I found something to get for my daughter. The price was reasonable so I got it. A clean well organized store, with helpful friendly employees. They have samplers and testers of most products, and they even have a couple sinks to try out the soaps. Convenient and quick in store pickup is available for online orders.

Very nice place... A little hidden but we definitely like it .. You never know what you are gonna find..

Gabby, the girl who attended me was so patient and basically showed me all fragrances. I had no idea what to buy my girl for a wedding anniversary, however, l left this store very content with employees demeanor. Great job Gabby.

Great B&BW location. Always well stocked with very friendly staff. The last several times, an employee named tanner has helped us and he is always extremely polite and knowledgeable about their products
