f you plan to shop here, make sure you already know exactly what you want, because browsing seems to be treated as suspicious behavior. My sister, mom and I were followed closely—almost chased (and no I’m not exaggerating) twice in a single visit while simply trying to smell different scents near the front display. It felt extremely uncomfortable and unnecessary. This wasn’t the first time either; the last time we came in about a month ago, we were treated as though we were going to shoplift for no reason. Overall, the atmosphere feels unwelcoming, aggressive, and hostile. It definitely makes me hesitant to return.

I love bath & body works I got a bad body spray that didn't spray and I called them and they said to bring it right in and when I was back around and I brought it in and they replaced it with no trouble at all

Great customer service, but don't like that they don't have a flow for online orders even on their sale days. They can never find the order and they put it together while you are there. I prefer if they figure out the online orders in a timely manner.

I’m pretty sure the girls name was Kyra, she was blond with short curly hair. Me and my friend went in to get some body wash, we stood around at the counter for like 5 minutes with no cashiers behind the registers, just us in the store and staring at the 2 employees near the entrance just talking and laughing together, they kept looking at us and pointing to go over like they couldn’t decide who could take the burden of checking us out. Then Kyra comes up doesn’t say anything doesn’t ask us how our day is going or anything. I pull up my barcode to get points and she just says really snappy “turn it around” because i guess my screen flipped upside down. Then she scans it and continues to say absolutely nothing to us. She finishes ringing me out then says supper snappy again my total, i pay

I’m not sure if this was a mistake or intentional. I just purchased candles and I gave my number to the associate for my account and everything went good but I was looking at the screen and the email address was not mine that came up at the end of the transaction. So the associate refunded the account and redid the transaction and I used the barcode on my app to scan this time. I am hoping that the associate is not putting in a fake number to receive points for customers purchases. I would have totally missed it if I wasn’t looking down at the screen.
