Employees are always helpful. But there is ALWAYS an issue with online ordering. They did not have some of the product I ordered. Then I go into the store and they have them??? They send you a coupon for free full size body care item the same time these products are on sale for 4.95??!! Or the coupon maxes out at 16.95. The cream body lotion just happens to be 17.95!!! Everytime my mom or I get used to a scent it is gone. She is very sensitive and allergic to so many products. If she can find something she is so happy, every time she does your company "retires" it. This is why we usually shop Estee Lauder for perfumes and lotion unless we have a coupon for Bath and Body. Usually isn't worth the hassle

It’s a very quiet store. Usually has whatever bath &body works product I’m looking for. Plenty of available parking.

I love this place! Loved the sales after Christmas. They are fully stocked with nice scents. Everyone is friendly and very quick to help. So hapoy we have a Sevierville TN store as I never travelled too far to visit one. Now I won't have to.

This store is bigger than most and have a LOT of different items. I love it. I only had to get sunscreen but the workers were nice!
