I placed an online order today in the morning. I was supposed to pick up the items in the store. So, I got an e-mail saying that my order was placed. Everything fine till there. As a background, last time I ordered online, I never received an email as confirmation that I placed my order. So, I went to the store to ask for an update, and a nice young lady was able to help me, and she explained that sometimes the customers do not receive a email, but order is ready to pick up. So, today in the afternoon, I went to the store to ask if my order was ready, and two old ladies were giving me a bad attitude, moving their head and touching it with they hand. I arrived at the store at 7:45pm, after I got a text that my order was ready for pickup. Despite the sign posted outside the store, they did not allow me in the store to pick up my items. I made eye contact with the girls and they shook their heads ‘no’ at me… very strange experience.

Love their products and staff are super friendly and helpful.
