Bath & Body Works

We were in the area and didn’t realize there was a B&BW here. Normally we go to another location but will be switching to this store in the future. Everyone was very nice, the store was really clean and they had a big selection of in stock items and we were here on a Sat afternoon. Briana checked us out and was super helpful. Lots of parking and you can even grab lunch next door when you’re done!

I have never given anything a review, but my daughter and I were here last week, and are still talking about our experience. So I decided I should let people know! This store has such great customer service! I came in there to return items I got from the fashion square location. I walked in a little angry because the fashion square store wouldn't let me return my soaps and were super rude, and I may have taken some of that anger out on the employees at this location. That being said, those ladies turned my whole day around! ASH was the employee that greeted us when we walked in and I immediately complained to her about what happened. She was so sweet and made me feel so heard! She even apologized to me for what happened at the other store! She also told me they could do the return no probl

I really debated the stars on this review, because most if the staff are awesome, but there is this one employee Alyson that is awful! I always look to see if she's working before I go in. If she's there, I don't go in that day. I come in here all the time because I love the friendly staff. All the employees, even the new ones I've been seeing lately, are so friendly! But this girl Alyson is always on the computer and ignores the customer waiting in line. When she is out from behind the computer she is still avoiding eye contact and always has an angry face. I asked her a question ONE time because everyone else but her looked busy and she had a disgusting attitude! As if I was interrupting her just standing around! I don't know how she still works there, honestly.

Went in to pick up an order, it was one lip care item. I didn’t check the item before I left the store. I looked at the item later and the sticker was lifted up a bit and the lip brush was detached to the lid. Clearly the item was tampered with in some way but whoever picked my order decided it was good enough to sale.

Great deals! Great staff! These girls working here are so friendly and really make this a fun place to shop! Best customer service! Ty!
