Very helpful staff, the store is an assault on the senses, with names of scents that defy description. Stay for longer than 15 minutes and you will have imbibed a fragrance that will stay with you for 20 minutes at least.

All the crazy holiday merchandise is in. Yolanda did a great job helping the throngs of shoppers.

The store is inside the mall. You can't get in from outside the mall. Best to go into Dillard's and take their exit to the inside of the mall and this store will be on the first floor. Very nice sales people and great products. I order online and pick up in the store. Always smells great.

I come from a world of excellent customer service. This little girl behind the counter was exceptionally rude and condescending. She stood there the whole time just ringing up the sale and not answering any of my questions. I will just drive to Albuquerque and shop bath n body over there. Supposedly she treats everyone like dirt. If you hate your job little girl…..,don’t be there.

They accidentally over charged me for stuff I didn't buy but they fixed it & gave me my money back. Theh were fully stocked, store was clean. Workers were helpful. But The store was kinda crowded & it made me a little uncomfortable especially because there is supposed to be a capsity limit in place.
