I’m a Realtor down the street from this location. I get gifts sometimes for my clients from here. Great service. Typical bath and body in a mall.

The service at the store was good, they had most of the products I was looking for. However, I had also ordered online and was scheduled to pick up one of those items at that store. I received an email stating that pick up portion of my order was cancelled because I either: didn't pick it up in time (I was never notified it was ready), I had cancelled the item (I had not), or the store was out of that item - they were not; I saw SEVEN of that item in store - all in the same spot in the store (see pic). Super annoying. I'm also bugged that I can no longer stack/use multiple coupons in one transaction. They have ALWAYS allowed this in the past, I did it almost every time I shopped there. No more. You have to do a separate transaction for each coupon (which sometimes means I'm not getting as

We were in last night for the $9.95 candle sale. The store was busy, but really well stocked. Lots of candles to choose from. The staff was constantly stocking and offering to assist customers. They actually had four cash registers open, so there was virtually no waiting time. Plus, it's always nice to stack coupons (I used two) A very nice Saturday evening Christmas shopping experience .

I always love their scents. The deals are not as great unless you go during their semi annual sales though. I went in August 2022 and they already have Halloween themed products.
