Bath & Body Works

This is the first time that I have been in this location,I actually live two and a half hours away and I was in town for an appointment. The girls in this store were absolutely amazing, Norma and Larkie were right there to help and went above and beyond to help me with issues with my app, and to help me understand the sales and fragrances that I was looking for. Oh I wish I lived closer because I would come in just to see them. Not to mention the store was extremely clean and organized. Thank you for a good end to a very long day girls.

Worst experience I have ever had with Bath & Body works. I placed an order on 11/23/25 that never came I chatted with them and they said they would reship. I never got a confirmation email for the reship so 3 days later I chatted again they said they had no idea what happened and would reship again but one of the items was no longer in stock, they said they would refund the one item and then reship again. By 12/23/25 I received a few items that I ordered but not the entire order. I chatted them again and was told I had two reship an and a refund already so there was nothing more they could do!! I didn’t want a refund I wanted my items but they were not in stock!! I also can’t help they never shipped my original order and had to reship it again. Now I call the customer service line when I a

This location is nice! So convenient, huge, a lot of products, and the employees are really nice and helpful. The only thing missing would be like stools by the windows (just noticed it had space for something like that) thought a spot to sit would be nice for my mom who started getting tired as I shopped.

The store was so clean and fully staffed with nice, helpful people!
